So freaking cute and anvilicious. But the cuteness and the love story won out in my opinion.
And I'm pretty sure it says something about me that I stay through all of the credits just because of cutely they were done.

Just to let you know, this third wind you seem to be trying to start up as I enter hour 35 of no sleep, ain't gonna happen. I know because in one hand I have a nice cup of sleepytime tea, and in the other I have benedryl. I am going to sleep early tonight and I am going to sleep well.

Jun. 3rd, 2008 11:53 pmSo today our fire alarm went off(false alarm) But we didn't know that so our manager ordered us out. This means tell the customer there's an emergency, apologize, hang up and get out. The dumbass next to me wasn't moving, and another co-worker had to yell at her to just hang up. I don't know if she was trtying to transfer the customer to another center, or the customer was just begging her to stay on the line and fix the problem. This co-worker does seem to lack a backbone so that may have been it. But Jesus Christ. Fire alarm means GET OUT!!
Shopping fun

What I got
A Dichroic glass hair barrette from Hanson Galleries
Persona 3 FES for PS2
Phoenix Wright: Justice for All for NinDS
A blooming tea giftset(glass mug and looks like 6 tea flowers)
3 12" shelves for my wall(all on sale for 6$)
Some of this stuff I was planning to buy on my next paycheck, the others were impulse purchases or just good deals on stuff I've been looking for.

Mar. 16th, 2008 11:20 amWell next week is Spring Break, but work fussed with my schedule to give me some training. What this has ended doing, along with using some of my floating holidays is given me a long weekend from the 21st through the 24th. I'll be spending some time cleaning and working on projects, but if some-one wants to get together let me know.

I spend way to much time online.
Anyway I saw the dentist on monday and indeed another tooth had abscessed and required a root canal. I'm finally feeling better and normal although the tooth is still sore I've at least been able to step down to non-opiate pain medication. And I am looking forward to eating again, as I've pretty much survived on bread, jello and sprite( and not much of that) since the weekend. NOT how I wanted to lose weight.

Feb. 7th, 2008 01:34 amBack at school and doing well I'm done with the first assignment for Printmaking, and the first two assignments for Silkscreen, neither of which are due until Thursday, so not sure what I'm going to be doing in class those days.

Friday I got together with Blue for dinner and shopping. First we hit Barnes and Noble as I wanted to pick up new manga, Gow D Gray Man 8 and picked up some more adventures of Hawk and Fisher by Simon Green. Then we went over to the mall for dinner and mall crawling. Stopped by the hair jewelry kiosk(I have almost three feet of hair I HAVE to look) Stayed away from the hairsticks as I already have a ton that I never use. But did pick up a ponytail holder with red rhinestone star, and two little magnetic barrettes. Blue got a cute little dragonfly claw clip.

Started back to school with fundementals of printmaking and silkscreen. Looks like this will be my semester for working with hazardous chemicals. Wheeeeeeeee!
And then there was today. Vet day for all three of my kitties. Good news is Teddy and Chester have lost weight. The bad news is Teddy had some crackling in his joints which fits with the mobility issues I've noticed with him(doesn't jump directly to the bed, but to the side table then to the bed) May not be full on kitty arthritis, but would need to spend money I don't have on numerous x-rays to be sure. He has no other signs of distress(still eats, no signs of pain) So I'm going to work on reducing his weight more and save money to have x-rays done at his next vet visit. This was also the quickest I've been forgiven by the cats ever. I took a nap and when I woke up all three of them were curled up with me. COuld be they just wanted body heat cause it's cold outside, but it was still sweet.

Dec. 31st, 2007 12:13 amOk, I've been home since the 29th, but it took a while to recover from the trip.
Overall the trip was alright, my grandfather is doing well, but annoyingly persistent in trying to match my Uncle Jim up with some-one. He kept asking me if I had any single friends Jim's age. At first I simply told him no I had no friends Jim's age, but after a while when he kept asking me I blurted out that the one friend closest to Jim's age was engaged and the rest were lesbians(Sorry not to include you Jala, but I was just trying to get him to stop) Fortunately it worked.
Everyone else in the family are doing well, and the triplets are cute.
Christmas Day exchange was it's usual madness, fortunately Mom and Dad let me bust out one of my gifts early figuring I would be able to use it that day. hey were right, it was my big wishlist item from this year. Specifically I asked for a new camera as my current one was pretty old and I had trouble getting good pictures out of it. They gave me a Fujifilm finepic s5700. It's very shiny. I also got the Simpsons Movie, FF12 Revenant Wings, some pretty shirts(Aunt Jenny didn't pick them out this year YAY!), bath goodies, and a basket.
I also may have started a gifting war with my Aunt Jenny with the cross-stitch necklace of Michigan Wolverine colors. It was glorious though. She opened the box, oohed and aahhed over the necklace and put it on. Didn't pick up on the signifigance of the colors until my dad(who had been let in on the joke) went in and teased her about it. ^_^
Saw my Grandmother on the 26th. She's old and frail, but still able to live by herself and be self sufficient. I'm just glad that she liked the shawl I gave her and hope she'll be able to use it.
Thursday and Friday I didn't do much, just a quick visit with Sue(friend of the family) and her monster of a dog(German Shepherd who grew much bigger then advertised) And slept for most of Friday(my sleep patterns are really screwed up) Friday night I couldn't sleep at all as the guest bed in my Grandpa's house was just too hard and painful, plus the pillows are old and nasty and set off my sinuses. The result was a perfectly miserable flight from Columbus to Houston. I got home around 3pm on the 29th, and held off sleep as I reacquainted myself with my kitties and tried to getmyself organized(HAH! Still haven't unpacked from the trip) But finally crawled into my soft soft bed of Awesomeness and went dead asleep.
Sunday I went out ot my parents for Christmas exchange, everyone liked their gifts from me (YAY!) I now have a couch, fortunately leather(or faux leather one) so it'll be easier to get cat hair off of it) and a new printer. Also got Robin Hood: Men in Tights on DVD. SWEET! One of my favorite movies that I haven't been able to find when I went looking for it. SO I am pleased. Tired now and going to bed. Thinking of calling off work the 31st and 1st(yeah I'm bad) but starting to feel sick so may be necessary See how I feel when I wake up.
I also got to try out the game Assassin's Creed on my Uncle Jim's xbox. Game so shiny must have(and fortunately I've found out that it's coming out on the DS so I don't have to buy an expensive new console quite yet)
