I have really stupid co-workers

So today our fire alarm went off(false alarm) But we didn't know that so our manager ordered us out. This means tell the customer there's an emergency, apologize, hang up and get out. The dumbass next to me wasn't moving, and another co-worker had to yell at her to just hang up. I don't know if she was trtying to transfer the customer to another center, or the customer was just begging her to stay on the line and fix the problem. This co-worker does seem to lack a backbone so that may have been it. But Jesus Christ. Fire alarm means GET OUT!!
