ladydoujiSometimes people's stupidity amazes me, though you'ld think I'ld be jaded by it by now. Today at work
Cust: Uhhh yeah I didn't get my statement for this month
Me: Ok so you didn't receive the statement ending Oct 4th
Cust: No I got that one, uhm let me look *sound of rustling papers*
Me: Alright, so are you missing the statement for September?
Cust: I have that one too *more papers rustling*
Me: Ok, so what is the statement that you need?
Cust: I'm missing the one ending Nov 4th
*dead silence*
Me: Uhm sir. It's only Oct 29th
Cust Oh I'm sorry you're right. Completely My fault.
Me: Is there anything else I can help you with? Thank you for calling *****
*whimper*
