Is it Friday yet?

So I'm moving over to online banking, and I've have some of the worse training EVER! No access to any of the systems we're using. No training on some systems at all becuase it's supposedly going away in two weeks. No side-by-sides with experienced bankers to see how calls flow. And to make thing worse, last week they started "systems enhancements" to the website, and there's been many many technical issues because of it. So our call volume is crazy, and because they people on the phones me and the other trainies have been put on the phones. SO guess how my days have been? Come-one guess.

So far I'm planning to make a pitcher of margarita friday night. Maybe buy some ice-cream, rent some cheesy movies. Any of my friends in Houston interested in joining me?

Yes sounds like your week has been really rough too. I am so happy that next week I go back to my normal 2:15-11pm shift and no more of this 8:30am to 5:15 crap. Next time you need a stress blow-off night let me know and I'll bring the tequila.
