Whenever I want to buy something off of Yahoo Auctions Japan I use Celga. I haven't been doing any ordering recently(last time was way way back in June 2004 for an auctions I ended up losing) Recently there was a gorgeous Shuten cel up, so I placed a bid. They require a deposit and said that I owed them 30$ ooohkaayy I thought I had paid them off. I didn't think much of it at the time, as I lost emails last year when I went to my new computer, just paid the balance and my deposit. Sadly I didn't win the Shuten cel and just left the deposit with celga incase I saw something later. Yesterday I got a billing invoice saying I had been charged 15 dollars shipping invoice. WTF!!! I checked the invoice and found it was for shipping a Star Ocean EX 2002 calender. Which I had never bid on and certainly do not want. So now i'm trying to get Celga to credit back the 15$ and show me every charge they've made to me. Years I go without problems and now this.

I used Celga for about 2 months and found their accounting atrocious. I made a deposit and they didn't credit it, then when they finally did, it was about 5 times as much as it should have been (They're lucky I'm honest >_<) then after I paid, they said I still owed them money-- I didn't, I should have had a balance. I closed the account as quickly as I could.

I think if you kept track of how much you should have and pester them about it, you might be okay, but it took pestering and me telling them what I should have and what they owed me for me to get my money back.

Nice to know some things haven't changed over the years. When I used Celga, there were times I paid for something and was told they never got the payment even after I sent it in, and I can't begin to count the number of times I've had to pester them to actually send my stuff. I think I've even had something that was never sent to me...and it's been a few years since I won it too. I quit using them after that and decided to just stick with eBay instead. I'll agree...look for someone else.

I guess I've just been really lucky because I've never had a problem with them before now.
