I am so happy to be home with my kitties and my nice soft feather bed and fluffy down pillows, so much better that the hard as a rock bed with lumpy hard pillows in my grandpa's guest bedroom(next year I'm taking my own pillow) The Ohio clan seems shocked that I would want to leave Ohio after only a week(being snowbound and sub-zero tempetures played a big part in that) There was also much hinting that I should move back to Oh and get to experience the joy of family dropping by at any old time. Sorry folks the weather has pretty much killed any thought or desire to move back to Ohio, I'm used to warm weather now and have no desire to re-adjust back to cold. Still it was good to see everyone again, my little cousin Amanda wasn't nearly as annoying as I thought she would be(she still had her moments though) ANd everyone seemed to enjoy the gifts I gave them.

As for what I got:
Black sweater with yarn embroidery on the sleeves

a cream polar fleece hoodie with faux fur trim on the kangaroo punt and hood. Pink panther one the front saying "paws off"(so wonderfully warm, wore it one the plane home and everyone thought it was too cute)

Grandma gave me some pretty homemade items, crochet doilies and a little stocking, plus a kit to embroider pillowcases.

Having the gift exchange with my parents on New Year's day so will probably spend tomorrow wrapping stuff up.
