Well found out what's wrong
Sep. 3rd, 2002 10:15 pmWe're understaffed, as simple as that. Today we needed an additional 50-70 people taking calls and we don't have them. Right now my employer is a little too quick to fire or drive people away but not quite quick enough to get new people on the phones and so we're dying out there. What sucks is they've been taking away some of the pay deferentials and slowly forcing people to do more and more work, as well as making that work more difficult with annoying bothersome procedures that only annoy the customers.
