tiny rant about poor planning
Nov. 24th, 2003 11:18 pmI really hate the art building at University of Houston. Let me see if I can decening explain why. There are no actual doors that lead into the building, it's all open air. there are no halls, just walkways that can become quite breezy. Hell with both door of the service elevator are open you usually get a wind tunnel. Why is this poor planning? Because no-one seemed to plan what students would do when things actually got cold here in Houston. We have to stand outside the classrooms waiting for the previous class to end so we can go in and get into the slightly warmer space. They don't even have one of those instant coffee machines in the student lounge. The music building does and they're completely indoors. *basks in warm fuzzy slippers and hot cocoa now all warm and cozy*
