(no subject)

Yesterday started out pretty good. One of the floor managers yanked me off the phones to help decorate some boards and that managed to take up about half of my day. Also got to find out that one of my coworker's nephews is a translator for ADV and has even done some voice work for them. No blue what shows though, could always research it if I get curious enough.

Sadly I had to get back on the phones and my good mood was evaporated with one call. The caller wasn't really that bad now that I think back on it, but I was having a really hard time keeping any semblence of control. Went home tense and upset and ended up eating half a pint of ben & jerry's in less than five minutes.
It was then I figured I was hormonal *bleargh* Hopefully they didn't record those calls last night. Felt better today bit then, knowing that you're hormonal helps alot in keeping control.
