little things

Little things make me happy, like checking on a customers account after I've had to transfer them to a supervisor and seeing the supervisor didn't give in to the customers whining and followed policy. A few bites of really good chocolate. Comfy pjs, and the single tiny rosebud I have sitting in a shot glass vase next to my moniter. Adding a little bit of cheer and color to my surroundings.
