ladydoujiWell I've been back at school for a couple weeks, so I might as well say something about it.
Art of the 18th Century. Not much to say, it's an art history class. We've been pretty heavily focused on the architecture of the rococo period for right now. Looking forward to moving on to the paintings and sculpture.
Intro to Social Problem. Writing Intensive Social Studies. The teacher is a cynical, arrogant, sadistic ass! Trying to figure out what he expects for a major assignment that counts for 1/3 of our grade is insanity. The assignment is a journal where we try to figure out our place in society, how society affects us and how we effect society. Then there's a "think work" paper, also 1/3 of our grade. We are to research the history and evolution of our chosen career and write about how it has harmed society, and will continue to arm society. My major: Fine Arts Graphic Design. Oh and he says that a "good" paper will be about 30 pages long. Oh yeah, this is going to be fun. Oh and there's a mid-term paper/test which makes up the last 1/3 of our grade. ARGH!
