Ok so my Aunt Patty gave me a 25$ giftcard for Joann's fabrics For Christmas. And today I was browsing their website and found these. Mom gave me a pair(with a different design on the handles) and I love them they are so awesome. Before owning a pair I wouldn't have understood spending 30$or more on a pair of scissors but now I do. They're like the Excalibur or Masamune of scissors. And since I tend to have one project at home and another that travels with me I decided to get another pair. Add in a promotion on the website for 50% off a regular priced item I was all set to use my giftcard. Until I went to activate the card and the instructions stated I needed to put in my plastic gc number and pin(on the card itself) and the electronic gc number and pin(obtained in an email) Buh-what? Uhm hello? GIFTCARD as in the one using it is not the one who purchased it and therefor did not get an email with an electronic giftcard number and pin. ARGH! Sent an email to the customer care department as they're closed hoping there's an easy logical answer and solution for this. But for right now I am annoyed and bummed out.
