Sunday I made it out to Renfest and met up with Blue and Charles. This time I got to take Shiro my albino dragon puppet and I got stopped so many times by people asking about it. And everytime I would end up seperated from Blue. There were a lot of excellent musicians and costumes. Blue and Charles ended up leaving earlier then I did so I wandered around, got a wooden sphereplay ball for practice, lotsa honey sticks*, some resin incense and charcoal for it, and a lovely new purpleish gray mask from maskparade. While at the fair I randomly decided that I was going to go see Happy Feet, yes while still in garb.

So after I was done with Renfest I stopped at the AMC 24 on my way home. Happy Feet is just so damn cute. Some of the messages and themes of the movies are a bit heavy-handed in parts but that's typically for kids movies So much love for Mumble I actually want to go see it in theaters again.

And today I went to donate blood and was actually turned away becuse my iron levels are too low. So now I have a bottle of iron supplements and a plan to go back next week. But still, what an annoyance.

*My god I am addicted to these things, fortunately I have found a source online where I can get them much cheaper then I do at faire. YAY!

I think we'll be going to see Happy Feet on Thanksgiving. Your mom suggested it. But I don't know how well that will go over with both of my kids and me hacking like some kind of sick person... what time are you headed to your parent's on Thursday?

Yeah, just got the email today, not sure about the time yet Mom left that out of the email so I'm waiting for another response on the time.
