One problem after another

Got my ac fixed all is well and good, but now I have some sort of water leak and it's soaking the carpet downstairs. I have this 2x2 wet spot. When I first found it(by walking through in bare feet) my first fear was that it was the cats, but it dooesn't stink and I've put towels on it to dry it. Gone through two towels and it's not drying out. Looks like another trip to the office. And they still haven't replaced my door frame which is all but rotted away.

So fuckin' time to move.

I think I had the problem when I lived in an apartment. It was a problem with the bathroom in the apartment above ours. Their toilet over-flooded ... eww..

yeah only thing is I live in a two-story townhome. the room above is my bedroom and I know that toilet isn't over-flooding.
