Sep. 15th, 2006 07:33 pmToday has been long, oh so very long.
It started early this morning when I left the house at 7:30am to take Chester to the vet for teeth cleaning, after I had been up all night. After dropping him off, I went and donated blood. I reached the 1 gallon in blood donations today Yay me. Took my car to have my tires rotated and while that was being done I went to the mall.
I think I managed not to go too crazy getting christmas gifts, a puzzle, some armwarmers and Xenosaga. Made the mistake of getting a massage from the little place in the mall. Guy tended to put a little too much force onto my tailbone and owowowowowow. On the plus side before that I was almost dropping where I stood from sleep deprivation, afterwards I was awake.
Then went and watched the Covenent. Hmmm pretty movie, an ok supernatural action with some horror elements. One thing that bugged me, there's the obligatory girl in the shower scene, we see her back and it's bare, there's a flash of light from a lightbulb breaking and BOOm she now has a tattoo right between her shoulder blades. And it's never commented on WTH! Some nice parts is that they showed more boy flesh the girl flesh and the boys were all quite pretty.
Got my car, visited folks while waiting for Chester to be finished and took a little nap. Picked up Chester from the Vet and he was all lovey dovey until I got home and let him out of his carrier. Now he's avoiding me and glaring at everything. Oh well he'll forgive me soon enough and I do have treats for him(he was a good boy for the doctor)
