At about 7:30 tonight we started having systems issues, both for online and the telephone support. So for a while we just told people to try later or call back tomorrow. Then they got the message on the automated system that we were down and since then I've had 3 calls. It's not just slow it's dead here and I'm bored out of my mind and wish they would have just let us leave early, but no. For some crazy reason we're all still here, the people who sit decently close to each other are chatting and I'm stuck in my off to the side cubicle feeling my brains leak out of my ears.
