Aug. 10th, 2006 11:48 pm*sigh* Scheduling is now saying that my schedule change must have a DM override in order to go into effect(at which my manager and DM when WTF? since WHEN?" So the DM's sent in her override and I need to check in with him on Monday and pray. I also need to check with him regarding the outcome of a dispute we put in on one of my graded calls. I was given a not met for failing authentication(it's noted that I asked for a date of birth on a business account which we can't do unless it's a sole proprietership which this wasn't) My manager listened to the call and oh look at no point did I ever ask for the DOB. And we have to put the dispute in within 24 hours apparently and it has to be completed withing 7 days. Even better my manager is on vacation for the week so yeah this is going to fun.
