Sep. 24th, 2005 08:19 pmWell I hit the wrong button earlier so no-one could see my post. But I made it through Rita ok, it wasn't much worse then a bad thunderstorm(just lasted longer) Looks like the contact center is still closed(which is good cause it means I have time to get my apartment back in order.
Also I ended up on the news today. While waiting to get gas for my PT cruiser with my mom one of the local channels( KHBT 2) I think was out doing a story at the gas station. And the reporter random walked by and started interviewing me and my mom. I probably had a very nice "Oh CRAP!" expression on my face when she walked up and started talking to us cause well I looked like crap. My hair was up in sailormoon-esgue pigtails, and I'm wearing a rather christmassy t-shirt. At least it's not likely to be repeated as it was a live report and we weren't very interesting.
