HOLY!!!!

I was sitting at work taking calls when at a random moment I decided to see how many were waiting in queue. a freaking HUNDRED-FORTY EIGHT calls were waiting!!!! I freaked because shit like that only happens when there's an emergency at one of the call centers and it sure as hell wasn't at mine. Fortunately the people were rather understanding, except for the last caller I had before heading out to lunch, but she was a rich snobby bitch who wanted the impossible, and who couldn't get that what she wanted changed were not optional settings like the volume on a radio or something that could be set to an arbitary date, but something that ran on a cycle like the full moon and so the actual date changes every month. God I hope I can find a job where I won't have to think for people while kissing their asses.
